Booking can be amended in accordance to our cancellation and amendments policy located in the booking confirmation.

Should you have difficulties locating your Chauffeur, You must contact our central reservation, they will assist to facilitate the meeting process. Failing to contact our central reservation prior to making alternative arrangements will result to a full charge inclusive of the extra waiting time and other expense that occurs.
